See one all-in price
Subleasers set their rent; we show you a single all-in monthly price with the PeaPods service fee already baked in. No surprise line items.
- 03
Meet on a moderated video introduction
Before anything is signed or paid, you and the subleaser meet on a video call with a PeaPods team member present. Real person, real place, no catfishing.
- 04
Confirm the match
If it feels right, you confirm the match and authorize payment. Nothing is charged until you say so.
- 05
Pay safely, upfront
PeaPods collects your first month's rent plus an equal security deposit. Rent is released to the subleaser only one day after your move-in is confirmed.
- 06
Deposit back at checkout
Your deposit is returned seven days after checkout if no damage is reported. Held by PeaPods the whole time — never in a stranger's Venmo.
